Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Shipping POLICY
We accept most credit card/debit cards. Most orders are shipped from Mainland UK on the same day if received before 1 pm and we have the item in stock.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase normally 2-3 days.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.
Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders.

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.

Online orders can be paid by debit/credit card.
Order Confirmations
You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Methods and Charges
Next Day Delivery
Sent next working day at £9.95. A signature will be required on delivery. Order placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.
Please note: You will need to ensure your order is placed by 1:00 pm the latest in order for this to be processed as Next Day Delivery.
After 1:00 pm Delivery
If orders are placed after 1 pm then the order will be dispatched the following day.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost/undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.
CANCELLATION policy
Your beauty treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost us precious time and money, therefore if we receive less than 48 hours notice of cancellation 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. Less than 24 hours or ‘No shows’ will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

Any future appointments will be cancelled until debt is paid.
